TECHNICAL SUPPORT FACILITATOR

• Candidate must be a graduate of Bs in Information Technology or any related courses;
• Must have at least two (2) years of work experience as Company E-Mail Administrator;
• Must be able to deal and communicate well with all levels in the organization;
• Must be customer service oriented;
• Must be able to keep confidential information;
• Must have professionalism and discipline with proven track record of personal integrity in the conduct of business.

IT STAFF

• Candidate must be Female
• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in any Computer Related Courses;
• Must have knowledge in basic computer troubleshooting;
• Must have pleasing personality;
• Must be able to keep confidential information;
• Must have professionalism and discipline with proven track record of personal integrity in the conduct of business.

INFORMATION ANALYST (3)

• Candidate must have Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Information System and other related courses;
• Must have excellent scholastic records with impressive analytical and critical thinking skills;
• Must be proactive, team player and can deal well with all levels in the organization;
• Must have professionalism and discipline with proven track record of personal integrity in the conduct of business.
• Must be willing to travel and stay in our company plantations.
• This is a Managerial Position.

CIVIL ENGINEER (3)

• Candidate must be a licensed Civil Engineer;
• Must have at least three (3) to five (5) years of work experience in a construction or banana exporting company;
• Must have at least one (1) year of work experience in a supervisory role;
• Must have professionalism and discipline with proven track record of personal integrity in the conduct of business.
• Must be willing to travel and stay in our company plantations.

MECHANICAL ENGINEER (4)

• Candidate must be a licensed Mechanical Engineer.
• Must have at least three (3) years of work experience related to vehicle and equipment maintenance;
• Must have excellent computer skills;
• Must have professionalism and discipline with proven track record of personal integrity in the conduct of business.
• Must be willing to travel and stay in our company plantations.

AUTOMATION ENGINEER (2)

• Candidate must be a licensed Electronics and Communications or Computer Engineer;
• Must be a graduate of a reputable university or college with excellent scholastic records;
• Must be proficient in Auto-CAD;
• Must be willing to travel and stay in Company Plantations;
• Must have professionalism and discipline with proven track record of personal integrity in the conduct of business;
• This is for Permanent Employment.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

ENGINEERING PERMIT STAFF

• Candidate must be Female
• Must be a graduate of any Engineering Courses;
• Must have at least two (2) years of work experience in preparing and documenting permit applications (i.e. building permits etc.)
• Must be proficient in Computer applications; hardworking, has initiative and can work with minimum supervision.
• Must have professionalism and discipline with proven track record of personal integrity in the conduct of business.

JOURNALIST / WRITER

• Candidate may be Male or Female
• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English or in any related field.
• With at least five (5) years experience as a writer or editor in a company publication;
• Exposure to total quality management and productivity programs is an advantage.
• Must be able to meet deadlines and can deal with all levels in the organization.
• Excellent writing and reporting skills are required for this post.
• Must have professionalism and discipline with proven track record of personal integrity in the conduct of business.

HR ASSISTANT

• Candidate may be Male or Female;
• Must have Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or in any related courses;
• Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written;
• With at least one (1) year experience in related field;
• Must have excellent customer service skills; and can deal with all levels in the organization;
• Must have professionalism and discipline with proven track record of personal integrity in the conduct of business.

INTERNAL AUDITOR

• Candidate may be Male or Female;
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant;
• With at least three (3) to five (5) years experience as an auditor of an auditing firm;
• Must have excellent command in English;
• Must be keen to details and can keep highly confidential information;
• Must be able to meet deadlines with high level of accuracy;
• Must have professionalism and discipline with proven track record of personal integrity in the conduct of business.

COST ANALYST (3)

• Candidate must be a Certified Public Accountant;
• Must have the strong will to implement financial systems, program and other cost control procedures.
• Must have excellent presentation, negotiation and analytical skills;
• Must be able to keep confidential files and information.
• Must be willing to be assigned in any Company Plantations.
• Fresh graduates are highly preferred.

COST ACCOUNTANT

• Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
• Must have at least 1 year experience in banana industry
• Must have the strong will to implement financial systems, program and other cost control procedures.
• Must have excellent presentation, negotiation and analytical skills;
• Must be able to keep confidential files and information.
• Must be willing to be assigned in Tagum City.

TREASURY STAFF

• Candidate must have Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any related courses;
• Must have at least three (3) years of experience in Monitoring Official Receipts, Facilitating Requests for Payment, Preparing and Processing documents for Bank transactions;
• Must be able to meet deadlines with high level of accuracy;
• Must be able to deal and transact with all levels in the organization;
• Must have professionalism and discipline with proven track record of personal integrity in the conduct of business.

TECHNICAL SERVICES MANAGER

• Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture;
• Preferably finished postgraduate Degrees;
• Must have experience in a Pineapple Industry specifically in Technical and Research Development;
• Must have excellent communication skills;
• Candidates with team leader experience are highly preferred;
• Must be willing to start as soon as possible;
• Must have professionalism and discipline with proven track record of personal integrity in the conduct of business.
